FEES FOR SUPPORT PERSONS STATEMENT

Fees will be charged for any support persons who accompany a person with a disability, and who utilize the services provided by Cardinal Golf Group.

Support persons accompanying a person with a disability who do not utilize any of the services provided by Cardinal Golf Group will not be charged a fee.
